wholesale stock returns

1.     Purpose

This Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for the return of stock purchased from Smokestix by you (Customer). 

This Policy is to apply to any Customer purchase from Smokestix to ensure a smooth and fair process for both Customers and Smokestix.

2.     Policy Details

Customers are responsible for Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders. Returns can only be made when the Customer receive the Products different from what they ordered or incase the product is damaged at the time of receipt.

3.     Packaging and Fee For Returned Goods

The customer is responsible for packaging and  covering the shipping costs when returning goods to the supplier.

4.     Acceptance Criteria

Upon receipt of the returned item, SmokeStix reserves the right to inspect its condition. If the item does not meet the required return criteria, SmokeStix may reject the return at its discretion.

5.     Discretionary Waiver of Fees

The Return Fee may be waived by Smokestix in only in instances where Smokestix is requesting the Customer returns goods.
